Yumebozu opened in July 2012 near Aiaibashisuji Street in Dotonbori. Since its opening, the owner has personally visited the market to purchase the best seasonal fish of the day. The fish tank in the store is always stocked with live fish, and we have been serving dishes that bring out the best of the ingredients.
